Breathwork · Somatic Healing

You’ve been carrying
a lot.

Showing up. Holding it together. Giving to everyone around you.

This is your breathing room.

Inhale to begin

Most of us get really good at functioning.

But somewhere along the way, something gets quieter.

You stop feeling things as fully. You move through life on autopilot. You give a lot to others and can’t quite remember the last time you gave that same care to yourself.

Maybe it shows up as tension you can’t shake. Anxiety that lives in your body, not just your mind. Or just a quiet feeling that you’re a little far from yourself.

You’re not broken. You’ve just learned to survive.

There’s nothing wrong with the way you’ve made it this far. The strength, the holding, the steady doing. It’s kept you safe. It’s also kept you a little distant from the deeper parts of you.

This work is about something more than that. A slower pace. A softer listening. A way back to yourself that doesn’t ask you to perform.

I help you connect with yourself.  Deeper. More wholly

I help you peel back the layers and meet yourself more fully.

Through your breath, your body, and your story. My work sits at the place where body and meaning meet. Where we slow down enough to actually listen to what’s been there all along.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you understand yourself, so you can choose how you want to move forward.

You don't need to be spiritual. You don't need to be in crisis. You just need to be curious about yourself.

My work is grounded in two things: the body and the story it carries.

Breathwork

You already know how to breathe. But most of us breathe without presence, without listening, without awareness.

For years, my mind outran my body. Migraines, gut issues, womb pain. All the signals I was too busy to hear.

In a session, we let the breath move through you. And when it does, things that have been stuck begin to shift.

Anthropology

We are all shaped by things we didn’t choose. What we learned was safe to feel. The roles we stepped into. The ways we learned to protect ourselves and take up less space.

Most of us carry these patterns without realising they’re patterns. They just feel like “how we are.”

Once you can see a pattern, you get to decide if it’s still serving you.

Three doorways in.

Each offering is a different shape of the same intention. Meeting yourself with breath, body, and a little more honesty than usual.

Kula

community, of the same heart

A small circle. Some breath, some conversation, some quiet. A reminder that this isn’t something you have to do alone.

Kula takes different shapes depending on the season, the city, and who shows up. Women’s circles, open breathwork gatherings, movement and breath for athletes. Sometimes in Goa, sometimes elsewhere, sometimes online.

The best way to know what’s coming next is to get in touch or follow along on Instagram.

Not sure where to start? We can begin with a single session. No commitment, just a chance to feel what this work is like in your body.

From the people who’ve been here.

Every experience is different. These are some of theirs.

Tulsi creates a deeply safe and welcoming space from the moment you begin. Her energy is grounded and genuinely nurturing, allowing you to relax and open up with ease. She has a beautiful presence and an intuitive way of tuning into your body and breath. I felt fully supported and comfortable throughout the session, able to go deeper into the experience at my own pace. Her ability to hold space is truly special, making the entire journey feel both empowering and restorative.

I didn’t think breathwork was for me until I experienced it with Tulsi. There is something about the way she guides you that just lands. It’s grounded, intuitive, and you feel completely held through the whole journey. Our sessions brought up some really deep shifts for me. I worked through blocks around my throat and heart, released fears I didn’t even realise I was carrying, and found space for forgiveness that felt genuine, not forced. She weaves in elements like essential oils, fascia release and chakra work in a way that feels subtle but powerful. Also saying this as someone who knows her personally, she truly cares. And you feel that in every session.

As someone who has navigated severe illness, dramatic weight transformation, and a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, I don’t endorse practices lightly. But breathwork sessions with Tulsi stand out. Through these sessions, I’ve experienced a meaningful shift in how I regulate my nervous system and respond to stress. The intensity of my stress responses has reduced, and I feel a greater sense of internal awareness and control, something especially valuable when living with a condition as unpredictable as MS. What this work offers is not a quick fix, but a practical, deeply effective way to work with your physiology rather than against it. It has become a consistent anchor, especially when I travel, in how I manage my condition and show up in my daily life. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to build resilience, especially those navigating chronic health challenges.

I’m Tulsi.

This work is personal to me. I know what it’s like to look outward for safety, for validation, for love, and find it never quite fills the gap. I know what it’s like to be disconnected from your body without fully realising it.

Safety is an internal state, not a borrowed one. The love you give so freely to others, we learn to give it to yourself.

My own path here started with my body insisting on being heard. Migraines that wouldn’t leave. A quiet, persistent grief I couldn’t locate. The slow work of learning to listen instead of fix taught me everything I now offer.  Movement has been equally my teacher. Through yoga, calisthenics, and the ocean, I learned to trust my body and meet it with both strength and softness. For me, breath and movement are inseparable. One without the other is only half the conversation.
